Breach/ Privacy Violation

Furthermore, Flobal Financial Services Limited shall take steps to notify the Data Subject of the breach incident, the risk to the Data Subject’s rights and freedoms as a result of the breach, and any course of action to remedy said breach within 7 (seven) days of becoming aware of the occurrence of such breach.

You have the right to file a complaint with the NITDA if you believe your Personal Data has been improperly handled or if you are dissatisfied with our answer to any requests you have made to us regarding the use of your Personal Data.
